What You'll Need
- 6 ounces reduced-carbohydrate spaghetti
- 1 1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
- 1 tablespoon chopped scallion
- 1 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well then place in prepared pie plate.
- In a medium bowl, combine egg substitute, scallion, and cheese. Pour over spaghetti.
- Bake 30 minutes, or until set. Cut into 8 wedges and serve.
