What You'll Need
- 1 package (.3-ounce) sugar-free lime gelatin mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice with liquid reserved
- 2 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 cup low-fat small curd cottage cheese, drained
What to Do
- In a saucepan, combine gelatin mix with boiling water; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients; stir to combine.
- Pour into a 1-quart square dish and refrigerate until gelatin is set.
