Tomato and Artichoke Salad

There may only be five ingredients in our Tomato and Artichoke Salad, but it's not short on taste! Between the robust balsamic dressing and the tangy blue cheese, it's a winning combination!
What You'll Need
- 6 plum tomatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks (about 1-1/2 pounds)
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1/2 sweet onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1/3 cup light balsamic dressing*
- 1/4 cup crumbled real blue cheese
What to Do
- In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients until well combined. Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
Notes
*To make this a gluten-free recipe, use dressing with no added starch from a gluten-containing source.
