Green Bean Toss

For a great taste of summer, make our Green Bean Toss. It's got juicy plum tomatoes and just a hint of lemon juice for the freshest-tasting salad around.
What You'll Need
- 4 large plum tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1 (12-ounce) bag, frozen cut green beans, thawed
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
What to Do
- In a salad bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt; mix well. Add green beans and Parmesan cheese and toss. Serve immediately at room temperature, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
