Yes we all know that healthy eating means making sure to get a daily dose of veggies. Well, if you find veggies to be boring, you may change your mind when you taste our lively Green Bean Salad Italiano.

What You'll Need

  • 1 (16-ounce) package frozen cut Italian green beans or regular cut green beans
  • 2 tablespoon diced pimento, drained
  • 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup low-fat Italian dressing

What to Do

  1. Cook green beans according to package directions; drain. Do not overcook.

  2. In a salad bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Substitute 4 cups canned cut Italian green beans, drained and rinsed, for frozen green beans.
