What You'll Need
- 2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/3 cup red onion slivers
- 8 large pitted black olives
- 2 tablespoon Feta Vinaigrette (See Note)
What to Do
- Arrange tomatoes, red onion, and black olives on 4 salad plates, distributing evenly. Drizzle with dressing.
Notes
To make your own Feta Vinaigrette, in a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon dried basil, and 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese. Makes about 1/3 cup.
