Easy Waldorf Salad

Our Mr. Food Test Kitchen substituted reduced-fat mayo for a version of an Easy Waldorf Salad that you can enjoy, even if you have diabetes!
What You'll Need
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 cup coarsely chopped red or golden delicious apple with peel
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, whisk mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add apple and celery and toss lightly.
