Let them know you're proud to be an American by showing up with our Red, White, and Blue Trifle! This festive dessert is easy to put together and looks great on any table spread. Oh, let's not forget it's also fresh, fruity, and low-fat!

What You'll Need

  • 1 (1-ounce) package fat-free, sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 1/2 cup cold fat-free milk
  • 1 (8-ounce) container fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
  • 1 (14-ounce) package angel food cake, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 1/2 cup fresh strawberry slices
  • 1 cup blueberries

What to Do

  1. In a large bowl, whisk pudding and milk until thickened. Stir in 1-1/2 cups whipped topping.
  2. In a large serving bowl, layer half the cake, pudding mixture, strawberries, and blueberries. Repeat layers and dollop with remaining whipped topping.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour, or until ready to serve beyond that.
