What You'll Need
- 1 (4-serving) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2/3 cup nonfat powdered milk
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 6 tablespoon apricot spreadable fruit spread, sugar-free
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 6 single-serve graham cracker crusts
- 6 tablespoon lite frozen whipped topping, thawed
What to Do
- In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix and powdered milk. Add water; mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in apricot spreadable fruit and pecans. Spoon mixture evenly into crusts. Top each with 1 tablespoon whipped topping.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
