Our Lighter Ambrosia can still be classified as the "nectar of the Gods," minus the guilt! The sweet, creamy and fruity flavors are practically unbeatable. We've made a classic even better.
What You'll Need
- 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, in their own juice, rinsed and drained
- 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks, in their own juice, drained
- 2 tablespoon flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup miniature marshmallows
- 3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 packet Spenda
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, combine orange sections, pineapple chunks, coconut, and marshmallows.
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt, sugar substitute, and coconut extract. Add to orange mixture. Mix gently to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
