Fruity Island Fantasy

Imagine taking your taste buds to a tropical island without leaving home! And better yet, know that this is a healthy dessert. Our Fruity Island Fantasy can be reality every time you throw it together!

What You'll Need

  • 2 medium apples (Gala, Golden Delicious, Fuji)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 navel orange, peeled, sliced
  • 1 cup halved red seedless grapes
  • 6 tablespoon pina colada-flavored reduced-fat yogurt

What to Do

  1. Core apples and slice thinly. Soak in 1 cup water with 2 tablespoons lemon juice to prevent browning.

  2. Drain and arrange apple slices evenly into 6 dessert dishes. Top with orange slices and grapes.

  3. Spoon 1 tablespoon yogurt on fruit.

Notes

TIP: One teaspoon of toasted unsweetened coconut makes a great garnish for each serving.
