Imagine taking your taste buds to a tropical island without leaving home! And better yet, know that this is a healthy dessert. Our Fruity Island Fantasy can be reality every time you throw it together!
What You'll Need
- 2 medium apples (Gala, Golden Delicious, Fuji)
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 navel orange, peeled, sliced
- 1 cup halved red seedless grapes
- 6 tablespoon pina colada-flavored reduced-fat yogurt
What to Do
- Core apples and slice thinly. Soak in 1 cup water with 2 tablespoons lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Drain and arrange apple slices evenly into 6 dessert dishes. Top with orange slices and grapes.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon yogurt on fruit.
Notes
TIP: One teaspoon of toasted unsweetened coconut makes a great garnish for each serving.
