Pumpkin-Apple Oatmeal

Our pumpkin oatmeal recipe has a twist! We've added some apple for flavors straight from the patch, and the harvest! It's all your favorite fall treats, wrapped up into one hearty, and oh-so-yummy breakfast recipe! Our Pumpkin-Apple Oatmeal is a comforting way to start the day right!
What You'll Need
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup no sugar added apple juice
- 1/2 cup canned pure pumpkin
- 1/2 cup finely chopped apples
- 1 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar substitute
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
What to Do
- In a medium saucepan, over medium-high heat, bring water, apple juice, pumpkin, and apples to a boil.
- In a small bowl, combine oats, brown sugar substitute, cinnamon, and nutmeg; stir into pumpkin mixture. Cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.
