- 1 whole wheat English muffin, halved
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat small curd cottage cheese, well drained
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon granulated Splenda
What to Do
- Lightly toast muffin halves. Preheat oven to broil.
- In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese and applesauce. Top each muffin half with mixture, distributing evenly.
