Our Mr. Food Test Kitchen wants you to add a ray of sunshine to your mealtime routine with this refreshing citrusy Sunshine Salad that'll get a seal of approval from anyone looking to eat right.

What You'll Need

  • 2 large navel oranges, peeled, sliced, and cut into quarters
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 cup romaine or leaf lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup low-fat balsamic vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoon sliced almonds

What to Do

  1. In a bowl, place lettuce, oranges, and onion.
  2. Toss with dressing and sprinkle with almonds and serve.
