What You'll Need
- 2 large navel oranges, peeled, sliced, and cut into quarters
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 6 cup romaine or leaf lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup low-fat balsamic vinaigrette
- 2 tablespoon sliced almonds
What to Do
- In a bowl, place lettuce, oranges, and onion.
