Perfect Pear Salad

The contrast of the chunks of juicy pears, creamy feta cheese and crunchy walnuts makes for a wonderful healthy combo of ingredients. We top our Mediterranean Pear Salad off with a tangy drizzle of low-fat balsamic vinaigrette for an easy yet elegant finish.
What You'll Need
- 4 cup mixed field greens or bite-size romaine lettuce
- 2 Anjou pears, cored, cut in large chunks, with skin on
- 2 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoon low-fat balsamic vinaigrette
- 2 tablespoon chopped walnuts
What to Do
- Place lettuce on 4 salad plates, distributing evenly. Arrange pear chunks over greens and sprinkle with feta cheese, distributing evenly.
- Drizzle each with dressing and garnish with walnuts. Serve immediately.
