What You'll Need

- 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- SALAD
- 3 cup thinly sliced kale
- 1/2 pound Brussels sprouts, finely shredded
- 2 tablespoon bacon bits
- 1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, whisk dressing ingredients; set aside.
