Tropical Treat Coleslaw

Adding a can of pineapple ups the ante in our Tropical Treat Coleslaw, making it even more refreshing than you can imagine!
What You'll Need
- 2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks, unsweetened, drained
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 1/2 packet Splenda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, combine cabbage, green pepper, celery, and pineapple chunks.
- In a small bowl, combine vinegar, onion powder, Splenda and salt and pepper. Add to cabbage mixture; toss well to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.
