Pasta Salad Primavera

Plenty of colorful and crunchy vegetables give our Pasta Salad Primavera a bright and healthy twist. It pairs perfectly with any spring or summer dish!
What You'll Need
- 3 cup cooked rotini pasta, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 cup fat-free French dressing
What to Do
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, carrots, celery , peas, green pepper, onion, and broccoli. Add lemon pepper and French dressing. Mix well to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or until ready to serve.
Test Kitchen Tip:
About 2-1/2 cups of uncooked rotini pasta usually make about 3 cups cooked.
