French-Style Broccoli Slaw

We can't get enough of the tanginess of sweetened dried cranberries, so our Test Kitchen decided to add them to this healthy French-Style Broccoli Slaw. What a super autumn, holiday, or really anytime go-along!
What You'll Need
- 1 (12-ounce) package broccoli slaw, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Dijon-style mustard, paprika, salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, toss together broccoli slaw, cranberries, and dressing. Sprinkle peanuts on top.
