Our fruity Aloha Refresher will cool you down in a jiffy. Plus, the combination of banana, pineapple and coconut in this smoothie will take you straight to the islands.
What You'll Need
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, in its own juice, undrained
- 3 packet Splenda
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 2 cup cold diet lemon-lime soda, divided
- 1 cup chopped ice
What to Do
- In a blender, combine banana, pineapple, Splenda, coconut extract, 1 cup soda, and chopped ice. Cover and blend on HIGH 20 to 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth.
- Stir in remaining soda. Serve immediately.
