Lettuce-Hugged Buffalo Chicken Wrap

This buffalo chicken wrap, hugged with crisp lettuce, gives the recipe a refreshing taste that you're going to love! Then again, so is everyone else you whip it up for. What You'll Need

  • 1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 cup fat-free low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup hot cayenne pepper sauce
  • 6 Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced

What to Do

  1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, pepper, and blue cheese; mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. 
  2. In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring broth, water, onion, and chicken to a boil; reduce heat to medium and simmer 12 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Drain chicken and place on cutting board. 
  3. Shred chicken using two forks and place in a medium bowl. Stir in pepper sauce until evenly coated. Place 1/2 cup chicken in each Romaine leaf and top with carrots and celery. Drizzle with yogurt sauce and serve.
