Lettuce-Hugged Buffalo Chicken Wrap

What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
- 2 cup fat-free low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup hot cayenne pepper sauce
- 6 Romaine lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
What to Do
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, pepper, and blue cheese; mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring broth, water, onion, and chicken to a boil; reduce heat to medium and simmer 12 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Drain chicken and place on cutting board.
- Shred chicken using two forks and place in a medium bowl. Stir in pepper sauce until evenly coated. Place 1/2 cup chicken in each Romaine leaf and top with carrots and celery. Drizzle with yogurt sauce and serve.
