What You'll Need
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, about 1-1/4 pounds total
 - 5 sun-dried tomatoes
 - 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
 - 2 tablespoon walnuts
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 clove garlic
 - 1/8 teaspoon salt
 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
 
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray and place chicken on baking sheet.
 - In a food processor or blender, process the remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese, until thoroughly combined. Spread mixture evenly over chicken breasts.
 - Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired, and serve.
