What You'll Need
- 4 (4-ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves, rinsed and patted dry
- 2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 cup cooking sherry or dry sherry
- 1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
What to Do
- Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat, brown chicken on both sides.
- Add rosemary, sherry and broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 30 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
