What You'll Need
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 (3-pound) chicken, cut into 8 pieces
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, and garlic.
- In a shallow baking dish, arrange chicken in a single layer. Pour lemon juice mixture over chicken.
- Cover and bake about 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender and juices run clear, basting occasionally.
