What You'll Need
- 3/4 cup finely shredded colby Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 3 (6-inch) flour tortillas
What to Do
- Distribute 1/4 cup cheese, 2 tablespoons chicken, and 2 tablespoons salsa over half of each tortilla. Fold tortillas in half.
- Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat, cook quesadillas 3 to 4 minutes, turning once. Cut quesadillas in half to serve.
