What You'll Need
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 5 (4-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup hot cayenne pepper sauce
- 2 clove garlic, minced
What to Do
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, heat oil until hot. Brown chicken on both sides.
- Add hot pepper sauce and garlic; cook 6 to 8 minutes turning occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink and sauce thickens and coats chicken. Serve immediately.
