What You'll Need

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 5 (4-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup hot cayenne pepper sauce
  • 2 clove garlic, minced

What to Do

  1. In a large skillet, over medium heat, heat oil until hot. Brown chicken on both sides.
  2. Add hot pepper sauce and garlic; cook 6 to 8 minutes turning occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink and sauce thickens and coats chicken. Serve immediately.
