What You'll Need
- 1 (6-ounce) package reduced-sodium long grain-wild rice mix
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cooked, cubed
- 1 (10-ounce) can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimentos with liquid
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into prepared baking dish.
- Cover and bake 25 minutes, or until mixture is bubbly and heated through.
