What You'll Need
- 1 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal
- 1 2/3 cup reduced fat peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated Splenda
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut
What to Do

Line a baking sheet with wax paper.

In a large bowl, combine rice cereal, peanut butter, and Splenda until well mixed.

Pour coconut into a shallow bowl.

Using about a teaspoon at a time, form mixture into balls and roll in coconut to coat.
