What You'll Need

  • 1 (6.5-ounce) package sugar-free chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 2 tablespoon margarine, melted
  • 1 (8-ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar substitute
  • 1 (8-ounce) container sugar-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (1.4-ounce) package instant sugar-free, fat-free chocolate pudding
  • 1 1/2 cup skim milk
  • Assorted sugar-free gummy worms (optional)

What to Do

  1. Place cookies in a resealable plastic bag; using a rolling pin, crush cookies. Reserve 2 tablespoons, then place remaining cookies in a medium bowl. Add margarine and mix well. Press crumb mixture into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill until ready to use.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar substitute until creamy. Stir in whipped topping until completely mixed. Evenly spread over cookie crust.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk pudding and milk until thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer. Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs and garnish with gummy worms, if desired. Refrigerate 4 hours, or until ready to serve.
