Whip up rich-tasting chocolate brownies with just 5 ingredients. These Flourless Brownies are gluten-free, low-carb, and low-fat! They're a great way to treat yourself without feeling guilty.
What You'll Need
- 3 large very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine bananas, egg, vanilla, and cocoa powder; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon into baking dish.
- Bake 25 to 27 minutes, or until firm on top. Let cool. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, then cut and serve.
