What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup no-sugar-added applesauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup grated apple
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
