What You'll Need
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Coat muffin cups with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Add remaining ingredients and beat until mixed. Evenly spoon batter into prepared muffin cups and top with sliced almonds.
