Steak Fajita Bowl

Get all the flavor-packed tastes of a Mexican restaurant favorite, minus the guilt, with our healthier version of a zesty Steak Fajita Bowl. Each bowl is loaded with lots of veggies, spices, and beefy goodness. And since this recipe only takes 10 minutes, it's great for busy weeknights!
What You'll Need
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 small onion, cut into thin strips
- 1 pound boneless lean sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
What to Do

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Cook onions, peppers, onion, steak, cumin, salt and pepper for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add corn, salsa, and cilantro and cook until heated through. Serve in bowls.
