What You'll Need

  • 1 (8-ounce) can artichoke hearts in water, drained, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely grated jalapeno pepper-Jack cheese
  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients; spread in ungreased 1- to 1-1/2 -quart shallow baking dish.

  3. Bake 20 to 30 minutes, or until bubbling. Serve warm or cold.
