What You'll Need
- 2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 pound), lightly pounded and cut into 12 strips
- 2 teaspoon vegetable oil
What to Do
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the allspice, thyme, cinnamon, garlic powder, ground red pepper, and salt; mix well.
- Place the chicken strips in the spice mixture; shake bag until chicken is evenly coated.
- In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, heat oil until hot. Cook chicken strips 3 to 4 minutes per side or until no pink remains. Serve immediately.
