Fresh Spinach Dip

Fresh Spinach Dip is a great-tasting snack that's a cinch to whip up when company drops by. Serve it with fresh vegetables for delicious, nutritious dipping everybody can enjoy.
What You'll Need
- 4 cup packed fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled reduced-fat real feta cheese
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
- In a food processor or blender, blend all the ingredients until mixture is smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
