Dressed-Up Hummus

For a guilt-free snack or appetizer you have to try our Dressed-Up Hummus! Topped with roasted red peppers and feta cheese, it gives this homemade hummus recipe a little something extra. The refreshing flavors will satisfy your craving. While this is great anytime of the week, it's also perfect when company is coming over!
What You'll Need
- 1 (16-ounce) can chick peas drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 3 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped roasted red pepper or diced pimento, drained
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
What to Do
- In a food processor, combine chick peas, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and oil. Process until smooth.
- Place hummus in a shallow serving bowl and sprinkle with roasted red pepper, red onion and feta cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
