Curry-Dijon Deviled Eggs

There's something about deviled eggs that always makes them the hit of any gathering. There's never any left over, and these mouthwatering Curry-Dijon Deviled Eggs sound fancy, but they're easy as can be.
What You'll Need
- 8 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
What to Do
- Halve eggs lengthwise and remove yolks. In a medium bowl, mash yolks, then mix with remaining ingredients. Stir until smooth.
- Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Garnish with chopped red pepper.
