Packed with zesty Mexican-style flavor, these easy tortilla rollups slice up to be awesome, good-for-you party appetizers, and nobody will know they are healthy snacks, either!
What You'll Need
- 1 (8-ounce) tub reduced-fat whipped cream cheese spread
- 2 tablespoon thick non-chunky salsa
- 2 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 3 tablespoon finely chopped green onions with tops, divided
- 8 (8-inch) low carb whole wheat tortillas, warmed
- 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
What to Do

Beat cream cheese, salsa, 2 teaspoons chili powder and 2 tablespoons green onions and cilantro. Spread 1/4 cup on each warmed tortilla, covering to edges.

Roll filled tortillas tightly and slice each tortilla into 4 bites. Secure bites with toothpicks.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for flavors to blend. Arrange on serving plate and garnish with 1/2 teaspoon chili powder and 1 tablespoon chopped green onions.
Notes
- Serve with extra salsa. For easy rolling, use regular 8-inch flour tortillas.
