Caesar Salad Cups

We made a classic salad a trendy new favorite by stuffing it into baked wonton cups. Our Caesar Salad Cups make great party appetizers or healthy, low-carb snacks. Enjoy one anytime you want 'cause they're super easy to make! 

What You'll Need

  • 6 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup refrigerated, diced, cooked chicken
  • 2 teaspoon bacon bits
  • 2 tablespoon light Caesar dressing
  • 1 tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 6 cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Place a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup and lightly spray wontons. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until light golden, let cool.
  3. When ready to serve, in a medium bowl combine remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese, toss gently. Divide salad mixture evenly into wonton cups, sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
