Our healthier Baked Spinach-Artichoke Spread has delicious chunks of artichoke hearts and a creamy texture that will have your taste buds yearning for more. A perfect appetizer for your next party, the gang will never believe it came from your kitchen!
What You'll Need
- 1 (8-ounce) package low-fat cream cheese
- 1 (12-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts in water, drained, chopped
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 1-1/2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, spinach, mayonnaise, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, cayenne and lemon juice; beat until well blended. Stir in artichokes and spoon into prepared casserole dish.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until heated through and the edges are golden. Serve immediately.
