Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs

Is there anything that just a bit of bacon won't make a little better? Our recipe for Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs has just enough bacon and Cheddar cheese to make your taste buds happy without leaving you feeling guilty. This is a potluck favorite, too!
What You'll Need
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
- 3 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon reduced-fat finely shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoon bacon bits
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
What to Do
- In a small bowl, combine egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, Cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and scallion; mix well.
- Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture and place on platter. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
