What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, oats, milk, vanilla, brown sugar, and cinnamon; mix well.
- Add cream cheese to oat mixture and stir until smooth. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight. Serve chilled or warmed.
