Our Blackberry Frozen Yogurt is a low-fat dessert that's summertime-perfect. It's made with just 5 simple ingredients, including sweet and slightly tart blackberries. This is one fruity dessert you'll want to make in advance and keep on hand for when you get a craving!
What You'll Need
- 1 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon stevia
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
What to Do
- In a blender, combine all ingredients. Pulse in 20 second intervals, stirring between each, until thoroughly combined.
- Pour mixture into a bowl and freeze 8 hours, or until firm.
Notes
To make these look a little fancier, top each with a couple of blackberries and mint leaves.

I am going to try to triple the recipe, then put in paper lined 6 cupcake pan and freeze.
