- 2 tablespoons canola or olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce

- In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Chill until ready to use.

Quick and easy dressing. I did change up a bit, substituted 1 Tbs. sesame oil for 1 Tbs. Canola Oil. Will use this again and again. Might use for a marinade for chicken or shrimp.
